Scott Nottingham joined Fleming Road United Church of Christ as pastor on January 1, 2025. With a heart for inclusive ministry and a deep commitment to walking alongside people in all seasons of life, he brings both compassion and wisdom to our congregation.
Scott attended both the University of Cincinnati and Eastern Kentucky University and brings a lifetime of service to Fleming Road UCC. He has served others in various roles throughout a 30-year career in law enforcement followed by an additional 5 years with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet. His call to ministry came later in life, and he is honored to lead worship, preach, and partner with the community in faith and service.
Outside of church life, Scott enjoys reading, travel, and spending time with family. He loves connecting with people and encouraging the gifts of the whole congregation as together we seek to live out God’s love.
