The purpose of this survey is to assess the strengths of our employees and to aid open conversation toward their growth. The Elders and Executive Board can then determine if support, additional training, or other action is needed so the ministry provided to our church can be strengthened. Please complete the following survey for the annual review of the responsibilities as described below and evaluate the performance by circling the appropriate number. Your feedback is an important part of the review process. Please review and return by Friday, September 23, 2022.
